Pat Middleborn (Patches) is a leading expert in home improvement and community revitalization in Northwest Indiana. Pat has been in the home improvement industry for more than fifteen years and has been investing in real estate for more than a decade. He has been integral in rebuilding homes in low income neighborhoods, increasing area housing values and forging a proud community of residents living there.
Pat’s objective is to make each property looks as new as possible sparing no expense so neighborhood residents would be proud to call it home.
